STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE
Ingredients:
- A generous handful of fresh strawberries from DivinGarden
- 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
- ½ linguriţă de extract de vanilie
- 250 ml cold milk
- ice (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients (except the ice) into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes to let the flavors combine.
- Add 2–3 ice cubes if you want it extra cold.
- Enjoy with delight!
BRUSCHETTA WITH PORCINI, GARLIC & PARMESAN

Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh porcini mushrooms from DivinGarden
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 40 g butter (divided in two parts)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated or shaved Parmesan
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- A few thin lemon slices
- 6 slices of toasted bread
Method:
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- Melt half of the butter together with the olive oil in a pan.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until all their liquid evaporates.
- After about 5 minutes, the water will evaporate; let the mushrooms brown for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the heat.
- Add the remaining butter, crushed garlic, and chopped parsley; let the flavors infuse briefly.
- Spoon the sautéed mushrooms onto the warm toasted bread. Top with Parmesan shavings and more fresh parsley.
- Finish with a few drops of lemon juice for brightness and balance.
