Strawberry Milkshake — fresh strawberries, honey, and vanilla blended into a smooth treat.

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

Ingredients:

  • A generous handful of fresh strawberries from DivinGarden
  • 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
  • ½ linguriţă de extract de vanilie
  • 250 ml cold milk
  • ice (optional)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients (except the ice) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill for 15–20 minutes to let the flavors combine.
  3. Add 2–3 ice cubes if you want it extra cold.
  4. Enjoy with delight!

BRUSCHETTA WITH PORCINI, GARLIC & PARMESAN

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total: 20 minutes
Servings: 6 bruschette

Ingredients:

  • 300 g fresh porcini mushrooms from DivinGarden
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 40 g butter (divided in two parts)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated or shaved Parmesan
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • A few thin lemon slices
  • 6 slices of toasted bread

Method:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  2. Melt half of the butter together with the olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until all their liquid evaporates.
  4. After about 5 minutes, the water will evaporate; let the mushrooms brown for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the heat.
  6. Add the remaining butter, crushed garlic, and chopped parsley; let the flavors infuse briefly.
  7. Spoon the sautéed mushrooms onto the warm toasted bread. Top with Parmesan shavings and more fresh parsley.
  8. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice for brightness and balance.
